Dear WBL community of practitioners : We are after all unique band of practitioners in the Turkish context. I urge you to engage as much as you can with `reflection' when considering your Areas of Learning.You may also have to `reverse engineer' your conceptions of `knowledge' in the sense that WBL urges you to reflect (that word again !)upon your professional practice, the tasks you have carried out overtly as well as the `tacit' familiarity you have with these, and then see how these match up to academy definitions of `knowledge'. In so doing, you will be distilling knowledge and learning out of your reflected experiences and professional practices. These then become your A s o Learning ! Good luck
